Materials & Print Traffic

If you’re sending materials please read these helpful tips and info:

• Always use adequate packing material / padding.  Hard drives are sensitive equipment and shouldn’t be sent in padded envelopes.
• Clearly label all drives and media with the title(s) and your contact info.
• Make sure to include power adapters and cables if applicable.
• Materials are stored in our secure, climate controlled facility.
• During the week deliveries are received by building security staff; Signature Required is not necessary.  Weekend deliveries should be avoided.
• Never send your only copy!  Or if you must, make sure we’ve been made aware of it.  On request we can send a shuttle hard drive to collect files if necessary.
